The Ask
Create and execute a transmedia awareness campaign for an NGO, producing all audiovisual and graphic materials needed to communicate a strategic message across platforms. This included developing the creative concept, designing the campaign, distributing it across digital channels, and measuring its real-world impact. Our team partnered with Asociación Nuevo Horizonte to raise awareness about adults with ASD and drive support through donations, engagement, and visibility.
NGO CampaignThe Idea
Working hand-in-hand with Asociación Nuevo Horizonte, we built a campaign that addressed a critical issue: adults with ASD are often overlooked, leaving caregivers with fear and uncertainty about their loved ones’ future. Our concept centered on trust, showing a mother’s initial anxiety soften as she receives real glimpses of her son’s day at the center—proof of the care, structure, and joy the organization provides. By grounding the narrative in authentic daily activities and emotional reassurance, the campaign shifted the audience’s perception from worry to hope, demonstrating the tangible impact of Nuevo Horizonte. Distributed across YouTube, Meta platforms, influencer channels, and paid ads, the campaign significantly expanded awareness, increased engagement, and drove traffic to the donation page—ultimately supporting the NGO’s mission and amplifying the voices of an underserved community.
