Cerveza Presidente

In July and August 2022, I collaborated on two separate paid TikTok campaigns with Cerveza Presidente, one of the largest and most recognized Dominican international brands.

The objective of both campaigns was to promote a summer 2×1 beer promotion, which allowed users to receive two Presidente beers for the price of one by registering on the brand’s app. I was responsible for ideating the creative concepts for both ads while ensuring they aligned with the brand’s strict guidelines and approval process.

The first TikTok was filmed at a local colmado, one of the official locations where the promo could be redeemed, and focused on keeping the content entertaining and authentic to my personal style while clearly communicating the offer. The second TikTok was filmed in my backyard, featuring a cold Presidente by the pool to capture the essence of a hot Dominican summer day. This campaign elevated the promotion by announcing that app registration also entered users into a concert ticket giveaway, sponsored by Presidente.

To reinforce the legitimacy of the promotion and create a surprise moment, I announced the first winner of a concert ticket directly within the TikTok, engaging both registered and new users. Due to the brand’s high profile, I submitted scripts for both videos for approval prior to filming, incorporating requested revisions before executing the final concepts. All filming and editing were done by me.

Both campaigns performed successfully, and I was additionally contracted to cross-promote the TikToks on my Instagram Stories for an added fee, further amplifying reach across platforms.

Event Coverage

I’ve also been hired to cover live events hosted and sponsored by Cerveza Presidente in the Dominican Republic, further extending our collaboration beyond promotional campaigns.

In July 2023, I covered the Barbie Premiere, a special screening hosted by Cerveza Presidente in collaboration with Caribbean Cinemas. I was contracted to produce a set of Instagram Stories, an Instagram carousel post, and a YouTube Video highlighting the atmosphere, brand presence, and overall event experience.

More recently, in August 2025, I was hired to cover Barbarella, one of the country’s most prominent music festivals, also sponsored by Cerveza Presidente. For this event, I created a TikTok video alongside Instagram Stories, capturing the energy of the festival and its lineup, which included international artists such as Alesso, TainyMyke TowersTokischa, and Ca7riel & Paco Amoroso.

For Barbarella, I developed a fashion-led creative concept, recreating one of Paco Amoroso’s looks from a music video by hand-painting my shirt specifically for the event. The look generated significant attention both on-site and online, and during their performance, Ca7riel & Paco Amoroso posted me on their Instagram Stories, amplifying the reach of the content organically and creating a standout moment within the campaign.

These event collaborations showcase my ability to merge art direction, music, and brand storytelling, create high-impact moments in real time, and deliver engaging content in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
